Vitamin C is essential for a healthy immune system, healthy bones, teeth and gums and also helps to maintain normal blood lipids and cholesterol levels. Ideally, Vitamin C should be taken in small amounts throughout the day and night because it is rapidly excreted from the body. However, in practice this is very difficult to do which is why Lamberts created Vitamin C Time Release tablets.
These tablets are produced through a special process that keeps the nutrients in microspheres, allowing them to be released slowly after the tablet is swallowed. This means that the absorption of Vitamin C is a continuous process that lasts for approximately 6 to 8 hours.
Dosage :
1 every 6 hours, with a maximum of 3 per day
