Yes, you can have a different billing address and shipping address. The billing address is the address associated with your payment method, while the shipping address is where your order will be delivered.

During the checkout process, you will have the option to enter separate billing and shipping addresses. This allows you to have the order shipped to a different location, such as your workplace or a gift recipient's address while ensuring that the payment is processed using your designated billing address.

The Sellers have one working day to accept or decline your order.

Once the shipping label is created for your order, a tracking button will be enabled within the Order details page. When you click the "Track your order" button, you will be redirected to our delivery partner’s website, where you can follow your parcel's journey.

If the order is not accepted, the amount will be released back to your card within 7 working days.
