Large or heavy item delivery includes kerbside delivery at the delivery address only. Delivery beyond the kerbside (such as delivery to your door, upper‑floor delivery, or difficult access) is not included. After checkout, the delivery partner will contact you to confirm delivery details and assess access conditions. Where access conditions require additional handling, the delivery partner will inform you of any applicable additional fee.
