Biotin resembles the kepatin infrastructure of your body, and keratin is mainly made of your hair, skin and nails, which makes it an important element for intake by people who have problems with them or want to keep them in good condition.

Biotin (D-Biotin) - 5mg.

As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily.
