Προσδίδει ανθεκτικότητα από αβιοτικό στρες (ηλιακό κάψιμο, παγετό κ.α.) και μεγαλύτερη αντοχή κατά την μετασυλλεκτική περίοδο. Το προϊόν έχει αρίστη πρόσφυση κατά την εφαρμογή στην επιφάνεια των φύλλων και καρπών δημιουργώντας ένα φιλμ το οποίο εμποδίζει τις προσβολές από φυτοφάγα έντομα και προνυμφών τους.
2) Σχηματισμό ενός φυσικού φραγμού με μηχανική δράση και ως κολλητική ουσία στις επιφάνειες των φύλλων και καρπών.
