Indicator light and cold grip handles
The Raclette Gourmet set is equipped with an indicator light that indicates when the ribbed plate is hot and ready to use. Thanks to the cold-grip handles, you can lift and move the appliance even when the grill plate is still hot. Always watch out for burns. The Raclette Gourmet Set is equipped with non-slip feet to keep it stable on a flat surface. Very nice when working with a hot grill plate!
Use for gourmet and raclette
Use the grill plate to grill vegetables or meat and the pans for small pancakes or to prepare an omelet at the table. Use the provided spatulas to turn the food. With the Raclette Gourmet Set you can go in many directions: for example dishes with vegetables, meat or fish. Raclette is, in short, the Swiss version of gourmet. Then you use the Swiss cheese that you slowly melt in the mini pan as a base for all sorts of delicious dishes.
