These Ecology Habitats are made from high quality veneered MDF for better insulation and increased durability. The precision fitted safety glass will not shatter or shard, eliminating risks for both the keeper and the pet. The all new Komodo Ecology Habitat has been designed to make it simple and easy to create the optimal ecosystem for any reptile. The Ecology Habitat provides easy access for essential equipment through the cut away top corners and with its sliding safety glass doors offers great visibility - over 70% of the entire enclosure. The Komodo Ecology Habitat also features two large side vents which help to create superior airflow throughout the habitat, helping to ensure a healthy active animal. For ease of storage and transport, the Komodo Ecology Habitat is supplied in easy to assemble flat pack form. If using the Ecology Habitat to keep species that require high levels of humidity, it is advisable to use a reptile safe silicone based sealant to seal the inside edges. This will guard against moisture seeping into the panels of the Habitat which can cause warping in the wood.
