CONCRETE SEALER is a high quality transparent, pure acrylic, sealer for stamped concrete and cementitious floors and artificial building materials. It has excellent penetrating capacity and UV resistance. It protects surfaces from humidity and stains. It offers significant strengthening and scrub resistance providing dust free surfaces. Depending on the number of coats applied creates a film, which protects and enhances the appearance of the artificial surfaces for decorative purposes. It is suitable for interior and exterior use.

APPLICATIONS
- Protection and decoration of porous surfaces such as stamp concrete floors, artificial stones, cementitious and industrial floors and paving stones, bricks, artificial building materials, cement, decorative gypsum elements, concrete etc.
- Strengthening of loose or deteriorated substrates.
Substrate preparation
- Surfaces must be dry and clean from dust unstable material, oil and rust.
- New surfaces must be cleaned with wet sponge prior to application.
- Old stained surfaces must be cleaned with OXY CLEAN CL 17 prior to application. Pressure clean surfaces if needed to remove dirt and use OXY CLEAN CL 17 for stagnant stains.
- Surfaces must be completely dry prior to application.
Application
- Stir material thoroughly before and during application.
- Apply CONCRETE SEALER with a brush, roller or spray gun. Special attention must be given for even application.
- When applied on very porous substrates a second coat is recommended. Allow at least 3 - 4 hours for drying between the two coats.
- Windows, doors, plants etc must be carefully covered prior to application.
- CONCRETE SEALER when dry is not harmful for humans and the environment.
REMARKS
Due to the wide variety of substrates and environmental conditions, a compatibility test is recommended in an inconspicuous spot prior to full scale application.
