A VERY POP FLORAL EXPLOSION
FLOWER BY KENZO POPPY BOUQUET by Kenzo is a feminine Eau de Parfum Florale belonging to the Floral olfactory family. Due to the celebration of the twentieth anniversary of the creation of FLOWER BY KENZO, an emblematic work of the master perfumer Alberto Morillas, this reinterpretation of the most famous poppy was launched in 2020 together with the young perfumer Dora Baghriche based on a lush bouquet in which the poppy is still the protagonist.
Its olfactory pyramid is unique and starts with a note of Nashi pear, a symbol of spring in many Asian countries and a fruit native to Japan, with refreshing and juicy chords. It is followed by a floral heart that creates an authentic explosion, the Bulgarian rose absolute with its sensual, carnal and feminine facets is combined with the Chinese gardenia, which brings luminosity, creaminess and green chords to the composition. All this on a woody background of intense almond wood that is combined with the dairy creaminess of its fruit.
THE BOTTLE. The design of its packaging is a poetic ode, represented by the poppy flower, which inspires energy, strength and balance. This time it is dyed pink to inspire that purely floral character.
THE CREATION OF AN AROMA. Alberto Morillas ventured to create the aroma of an odorless flower. The poppy is an odorless flower that the perfumer gave personality with unique powdery and floral chords to which they pay homage in this creation 20 years later.
