Turmeric contains calcium, iron, phosphorus and iodine, as well as vitamins C, Apos1, B2, ZH. It is a wonderful natural antibiotic, it does not worsen the condition of the gastrointestinal tract and does not destroy the liver. Quite the opposite-with the use of turmeric, the activity of the gastric flora increases and digestion improves. This spice is an indispensable support for those who have lost their strength after a chronic disease. It warms and cleanses the blood. Turmeric refers to those remedies that stop bleeding and heal wounds. The most valuable key in turmeric is the high concentration of natural compounds known as curcuminoids, which possess powerful antioxidant abilities.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule with 200 ml of water, 2 times a day.
Maximum daily dose of 2 capsules:
Turmeric-700 mg (of which curcuminoids – 28 mg), Zinc-4 mg.
Ingredients in 1 capsule:
Turmeric-350 mg (of which curcuminoids – 14 mg), zinc-2 mg.
