Kelp is a brown algae that grows in deep saline waters. It is very rich in iodine, a mineral extremely important for the production of thyroid hormones and the normal functioning of the thyroid gland. Kelp contains many vitamins, minerals and trace elements. The main among them are vitamin A, B1, B2, aposematic, aposematic, aposematic, pantothenic and folic acid, sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, silicon, zinc, boron, phosphorus, fluorine and sulfur.

Method of use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1 time a day with water.
