ADDITIVA Vitamin C effervescent tablets with 1000 mg vitamin C (ascorbic acid) are only available in pharmacies and naturally meet the high quality standards required for medicinal products in order to comply with the German Medicinal Products Act.
You can count on it: we ensure product quality by carefully monitoring the active ingredient, which is manufactured in Europe, and by auditing the ingredient manufacturer by means of supervised production of our medicinal product, and finally by dispensing the product in pharmacies.
Composition: 1 effervescent tablet contains 1000 mg ascorbic acid (vitamin C) as well as the other ingredients: anhydrous citric acid (Ph. Eur.), sodium hydrogen carbonate, sorbitol (Ph. Eur.), lemon flavouring, corn starch, sodium cyclamate, sodium saccharin, riboflavin phosphate sodium (Ph. Eur.).
Contraindications: hypersensitivity to ascorbic acid or one of the other ingredients, in patients with oxalate renal stones and in certain diseases with increased iron storage (thalassaemia, haemochromatosis, sideroblastic anaemia).
Pregnancy and lactation: Consult your doctor before use.
Warnings: contains 299.3 mg sodium per effervescent tablet (caution for people with a low sodium/low salt diet) and sorbitol. Consult a doctor first if you are intolerant of certain sugars.
