Holland & Barrett High Strength Curcumin provides joint support, with added Vitamin D to also maintain normal bones and muscle function. Turmeric contains compounds called curcuminoids, which give the spice its health benefits. The most important curcuminoid is curcumin and this is the active ingredient within turmeric and widely considered to be the most beneficial.

What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?
- As we get older, our joints naturally tend to become stiffer and less flexible. The fluid that cushions the joints may decrease and the cartilage begins to wear away.
