Ο σίδηρος, μαζί με το φολικό οξύ και τις βιταμίνες Β6 και Β12, προάγει τον φυσιολογικό σχηματισμό ερυθρών αιμοσφαιρίων και βοηθά στην αντιμετώπιση της κούρασης και της κόπωσης. Η μικρονισμένη και μικροενθυλακωμένη μορφή σακχαρόζης σιδήρου εγγυάται υψηλή πεπτικότητα, αποφεύγοντας ταυτόχρονα τόσο τη μεταλλική επίγευση όσο και τις κλασικές διαταραχές που σχετίζονται με την ενσωμάτωση του σιδήρου.
