An inverter is an electronic device capable of converting the direct current DC into alternating current AC. In particular, the GBC range includes 12Vdc to 220Vac inverters, which can be used with common automotive batteries cars, campers, motorboats and boats, small aircraft and with the storage batteries of small Off Grid solar systems. By connecting an inverter to a battery, a current identical to the normal domestic current is obtained, thus being able to supply a wide range of small household appliances. This range includes pure sine wave inverters, which allow the supply of equipment with low-power inductive motors, such as small refrigerators or small suction pumps, as well as other household appliances, TVs, PC lighting and sensitive equipment. The GBC inverters are equipped with a 5Vdc 500mA USB socket for charging mobile phones and smartphones and crocodile clips.
