COSRX Low pH Niacinamide Micellar Cleansing Water is a deep cleansing micellar water that is specially adapted for sensitive skin. With a low pH value, it is Gentle and does not irritate the skin during or after use. It contains Niacinamide which helps control sebum overproduction and reduce pore size. The product is also enriched with Allantoin, Madecassoside, Hyaluronic Acid and Panthenol which soothes, moisturizes and strengthens the skin barrier.

- How To Use: Pour on to a cotton pad and gently wipe all over the skin until all makeup and impurities have been removed. *For long wear or heavy makeup, allow the cotton pad to sit on the area for about 10 seconds. (No need to rinse but depending on personal cleansing habits, you may rinse with warm water or use a secondary cleanser if needed.)
