Compatibility
Works with 2.5" and 3.5" SATA HDDs and SSDs of any capacity or file system, and is OS-independent (erasing runs without a host). The drive interface is SATA II (3GBps). mSATA and SATA M.2 drives are supported via optional adapters (SAT32MSAT257 and SAT32M225) sold separately. Note: secure erasing permanently destroys all data — back up anything you need before wiping.
