Does the 9100 PRO need a heatsink?
Gen5 drives run hot under sustained load. This MZ-VAP4T0BW model has no heatsink, so it is intended for motherboards that provide their own M.2 heatsink or active cooling. If your board has no M.2 cooling, consider the heatsink version (MZ-VAP4T0CW).
