PRODUCT INFORMATION
Sweet Dreams is a dietary supplement with an innovative combination of ingredients that care for a calm and healthy sleep. Melatonin is also called the "sleep hormone" and is a natural product of the body. It is secreted by the pineal gland and regulates the state of alertness/ sleep (circadian rhythm). Adding an extra amount of melatonin in the body makes it easier to fall asleep, improves sleep and helps adapt to jet lag travel.
Theanine (5-Canberrans) is a glutamic acid found in green tea. It affects alpha waves, which are associated with feelings of calm and relaxation.
Lemon balm is known for its beneficial action in case of stress and overloaded nervous system.
Vitamin B6 is involved in the conversion of the amino acid tryptophan into serotonin, which regulates melatonin levels. Vitamin B6 calms the nervous system and makes it easier to fall asleep. Contributes to reducing the feeling of fatigue and tiredness, helps to maintain normal mental function.
Method of use:
As a dietary supplement, for adults and children over 12 years: 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime.
There are no reports of side effects with the recommended dose.
Maximum daily dose 1 capsule:
L-theanine (from Camellia sinensis) - 100 mg, Melissa officinalis extract – 100 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) – 1.4 mg (100% of the dietary norm), Melatonin-1 mg.

Other ingredients:
Fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate. Anti-adhesives: magnesium stearate, silica, pyridoxine hydrochloride. Capsule: gelatin, coloring agent-calcium carbonate.
Food additive:
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.
Contraindications:
Do not take the supplement if you have hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the ingredients. Consult a doctor before taking this product if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, without direct sunlight. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
