The extra long blade of the Forged Olive butcher's knife allows you to prepare and portion large pieces of meat with ease. The upward curve at the end of the knife is characteristic. With the butcher's knife you can cut beautiful, straight slices of meat in one stroke. The Forged Olive knives are made of Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are forged by hand, which makes each copy unique. The knives have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden box.
