The Forged Olive chef's knife is made of Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell, has a blade thickness of 2 mm and an olive wood handle, which means the knife is not dishwasher safe. Packed in a luxury wooden box. With a 10-year warranty.
