Eligibility for Returns Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required. Non-returnable items include: Opened or used products Software, licenses, and digital products once activated Custom-built PCs and special orders Consumables (e.g., printer ink, thermal paste, batteries) Services, repairs, and installations already performed 2. Defective or Faulty Products If a product is found to be defective within 7 days of purchase, please contact us at sales@cyprus-pc.com. The product will be inspected and, if confirmed faulty, it will be repaired or replaced under warranty. If replacement is not possible, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the product. 3. Process for Returns Contact sales@cyprus-pc.com with your order details. We will provide a return authorization and instructions. Items must be securely packaged for return. Once inspected and approved, a store credit will be issued. 4. Refunds & Credits Refunds are only provided as store credit to be used on future purchases. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or faulty products supplied. 5. Exchange Policy Exchanges are possible for unopened, eligible products within the 14-day return window. Subject to product availability and price difference. 6.
