You may return products within 14 days of reception. We only accept returns for products in their original condition and that includes unopened packaging. The shipping expenses for the return are the customer's responsibility unless there has been an error on our behalf. As soon as the products are received they will be inspected and refunded in the form of online store credit that you will be able to use on your next order. We will not accept returns of product which have been custom made and cannot be returned to their original condition. Examples of such products include: Paints which have been made to order of a specific colour. Rubber sheets, fencing nets, abrasive rolls and any other product cut to size from a larger roll. Chainsaw chains made to order size. Any other product made to order and cannot be returned to its original state.
