To ensure a smooth return process, it is recommended to keep the original packaging of mattresses, pillows, or accessories. If the original packaging is no longer available, please make sure to use sturdy cardboard. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the returned goods arrive damaged at our warehouse. Check that the products are in the same condition as when you received them. Partial refunds will not be given if the replacement product has a lower price. If the customer wishes to return an item due to an error in the provided measurements, and this was not communicated at the time of ordering, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
