The Jabra BIZ 2300 QD Duo (part 2389-820-109) is an officially Jabra-branded wired contact center headset, designed for agents who spend the full shift on calls. The dual-ear (Duo) design helps the agent concentrate on the conversation by covering both ears, while the wideband HD Voice speakers and "air shock" noise-cancelling microphone deliver consistently clear two-way audio. The Quick Disconnect (QD) plug separates the headset cable from the bottom cord so the agent can step away from the desk without removing the headset, and the Kevlar-reinforced cable is built to survive office chair wheels and daily wear.

Connection Note: This headset terminates in a Jabra Quick Disconnect (QD) plug, not USB or 3.5mm. Is this a Microsoft Teams certified MS variant?
The official Jabra tech sheet lists 2389-820-109 as "BIZ 2300 QD, Wideband, Duo". The dedicated Microsoft-optimized USB variant is a different SKU. This QD variant works with Teams via a compatible QD-to-USB bottom cord, but for "MS certified" branding refer to the corresponding USB/MS SKUs.
