Compatibility & setup
Video runs over DisplayLink (DL-6950 chipset), so a free one-time DisplayLink driver install is required on Windows or macOS. It supports dual 4K 4096x2160 at 60Hz across any two of its HDMI and DisplayPort ouTPUts, or a single 5K display on Windows using both DisplayPorts — including full dual displays on Macs, which standard USB-C MST docks cannot do. An included USB-C cable with a USB-C-to-USB-A adapter lets it connect to both USB-C and USB-A laptops. Important: this base model has no USB-C Power Delivery and does not charge the laptop; its adapter powers the dock only.
