It is backward compatible with suitable earlier PCIe Generations at reduced speed. This MZ-VAP2T0BW version does not include the full heatsink supplied with designated heatsink variants, so use a compatible motherboard or third-party cooling solution where required. For PlayStation 5 installation, aPS5-compliant heatsink is required. Package contents: Samsung 9100 PRO SSD; installation kit is not included.
