This is an all-flash NAS: it accepts only M.2 2280 NVMe SSDs (twelve slots, each PCIe 3.0 x1) — there are no SATA bays. Drives are not included; install up to twelve NVMe SSDs (max 216TB raw). The 10-gigabit port is RJ-45 (10GBASE-T), so standard Cat-6/6A cabling works — no SFP+ transceivers needed. M.2 heatsinks may help for sustained loads. Memory expands to 16GB. No. It is all-flash and accepts only M.2 2280 NVMe SSDs (twelve slots). There are no 2.5"/3.5" SATA bays. It ships diskless, so you add the SSDs (max 216TB raw).
