Compatibility & Power
The EAP620 HD is powered by 802.3at (PoE+) or 48V passive PoE over its Gigabit Ethernet port, or by a 12V/1.5A DC adapter - neither injector nor DC adapter is included. Its single wired port is Gigabit (1GBE), which serves its AX1800 dual-band radios. It is a dual-band 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi 6 unit and does not use the 6 GHz band, so all clients connect on 2.4 or 5 GHz. Its high-density tuning (OFDMA, MU-MIMO, airtime fairness) is what lets it hold up in crowded spaces, and it is managed by an Omada controller or standalone via the Omada app.
