The RT-AX89X provides two 10G interfaces — a 10GBase-T RJ45 port and a 10G SFP+ cage — but they share bandwidth, so one is used for a 10G WAN or LAN link at a time. The SFP+ port needs a compatible transceiver or DAC cable (sold separately). It can also act as an AiMesh node with other AiMesh-capable ASUS routers to extend coverage.

No. The 10G SFP+ cage requires a compatible SFP+ transceiver module or DAC cable, which is sold separately depending on whether you connect over fibre or copper.
