Water based Hybrid primer ideal before applying ISOLOR Hybrid Aqua Plus elastomeric
waterproofing coating. Low odor and VOC. Ready for use.

Suitable for the priming of new cement substrates as also of existing waterproofing coatings.
Can be applied above bituminous materials, mosaic, aluminium foils etc.

Excellent adhesion and penetration.

Quick drying.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Specific gravity: 0,99 -1,03g/l
Covering power: 4-8m2/lt per coat depending on the substrate.
Dilution: Ready for use.
Drying: Touch dry after ½–1 hour.
VOC class: “Binding primers”. Type WB. VOC limit=30gr/lt. Max VOC of product ready for use=5gr/lt.
Recoatability: Recoatable after 2-3 hours. These times prolong under cold and wet conditions.
Color shades: Milky-transparent

APPLICATION EQUIPMENT: Brush, roller and airless spray.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean the surface from oil, cropped paints, dust, dampness and moulds.

APPLICATION
Stir well before use. Apply uniformly. Recoatable with ISOLOR Hybrid or water based proofing
coatings.

CLEANING EQUIPMENT
Keep the tools wet during application. Strain well your tools from paint back to the pot and
clean immediately with water and soap.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Temperature 8-30°C and relative humidity lower than 80%. Contrary weather conditions may
degrade product’s quality. New concretes or masonry should be dried for a period of 3-4 weeks
before priming. Don't prime high humid substrates before drying.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Close well after use. Store in a cool place. Protect from freezing and sun exposure.
