Instructions for Use:
- Use low or medium temperature for best performance of the pan. High temperature may cause damage.
- Do not leave the container on the fire until the contents have evaporated and do not leave it empty on a hot stove or gas flame.
- Cook on a stovetop that is the same size as or smaller than the base of the pan.
- Let the pan cool before cleaning to avoid warping.
- Avoid any extreme temperature changes.
- Stains may be caused on the inner surface of the cookware due to overheating or thermal shock.
- Do not let fat or oil get so hot that it smokes, burns or turns black.
- Do not fill the container more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid splashing.
- Do not store acidic, salty or fatty foods in the pan before or after cooking.
- Do not use sharp kitchen utensils on the inner non-stick surface of the pan and do not cut food while it is inside the pan.
- Do not use metal sponges, wire or harsh cleaners.
- Never put cold water in a hot pan. Never immerse hot pan in cold water.
