Returns are accepted within 14 days with the presence of original receipt at the price that the item was bought. Please include a copy of the original receipt in the carton. The price of the returned item will be refunded back to the credit card used for the transaction as soon as your return is processed. Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened. No returns can be accepted on the following products that are not sealed: mascaras, nail polishes, eye liners, lip & eye pencils.
