The Jabra BIZ 2300 QD Mono NC is a step up from the entry-level BIZ 1500 line — designed for high-traffic contact centres that need a tougher, longer-lasting headset without going premium. The single-ear (mono) design keeps one ear free for floor awareness, while the noise-cancelling microphone with 360 degree rotating boom captures the agent's voice cleanly even in busy open-plan offices. The Kevlar-reinforced cord and shatter-resistant boom resist the day-to-day wear that breaks cheaper headsets, and a 49g lightweight design makes it comfortable across full shifts.

Required Cable (sold separately): This is a QD-only headset — it does not plug directly into a desk phone or PC. You also need a Jabra Link cable: Jabra Link 180 / 230 / 260 / 265 / 280 for QD-to-RJ9 desk phone or QD-to-USB use. Note: This is the standard NC variant — not Microsoft Teams certified. For Teams-certified use the Wideband variant (2383-820-109) with Jabra Link 260 MS.
