The Jabra BIZ 2300 QD Duo NC is the stereo (both-ear) variant of Jabra's mid-tier wired contact-centre headset — a step up from the entry-level BIZ 1500 line with the same Kevlar-reinforced cord and shatter-resistant 360 degree rotating boom mic, but covering both ears for stronger acoustic focus in noisy open-plan rooms. A noise-cancelling microphone captures the agent's voice cleanly while filtering background chatter and air shocks, and the lightweight build keeps things comfortable across long shifts.

Required Cable (sold separately): This is a QD-only headset — it does not plug directly into a desk phone or PC. You also need a Jabra Link cable: Jabra Link 180 / 230 / 260 / 265 / 280 for QD-to-RJ9 desk phone or QD-to-USB use. Note: This is the standard NC variant — not Microsoft Teams certified. For Teams-certified use the Wideband Duo variant (2389-820-109) with Jabra Link 260 MS.
