Compatibility — please read before buying
Each fan needs a 4-pin PWM header for speed and a 5V 3-pin addressable RGB (ARGB) header (or ARGB controller) for lighting — not 12V 4-pin RGB. The reverse-blade design is for showing the tidy side on visible mounts; airflow direction is the same as a normal fan, so mount the arrow toward the airflow you want.
