The 3320g uses a Multi-interface cable that auto-detects the host interface. For USB, the standard cable is part 52-52559-N-3-FR (USB Type A, 2.9m straight). For RS-232, a separate power supply is also required. Order the appropriate cable separately to complete the kit.
