Yes. The Rose Teams variant (981-001521) is mechanically and electronically identical to the Graphite Teams variant (981-001493) — same drivers, same ANC, same mics, same firmware, same Teams certification and same battery life. The only difference is the housing colour.

What's the difference between Teams and UC versions?

This SKU is the Teams variant: Microsoft Teams-certified with a dedicated Teams button on the earcup. The UC variant (e.g. 981-001498 in Graphite) is platform-neutral and certified for Zoom, Google Meet, Webex etc. Hardware otherwise identical.
